IoT & Smart Sensing for Sustainable Infrastructure

IoT & Smart Sensing for Sustainable Infrastructure

Concept Note

The program helps local agencies build live monitoring systems with IoT for civic resilience. Program tech kits make innovation accessible and scalable. The program is designed to support municipalities and local governments in implementing smart infrastructure solutions using IoT.

By focusing on environmental monitoring (e.g., air quality, water usage, waste management), the program equips local officials and engineers with the tools needed to build sustainable, data-driven infrastructures that improve urban living conditions and environmental sustainability.

Highlights

Sensor kits, prototyping sessions, citizen data co-creation.
