Strengthens healthcare delivery through drones by training local health and logistics actors. It bridges tech and health through field-driven, context-aware capacity building. By focusing on real-world use cases and training in logistics, drone flight, and data collection, the program ensures that local health systems are empowered to utilize drones for efficient and scalable medical delivery, especially in rural and underserved areas. This initiative fosters sustainable healthcare infrastructure at the grassroots level.

Blockchain & AI for Transparent Food Systems
Enables traceable, equitable food chains via inclusive tech tools. Co-design approach ensures relevance and adoption across local agri-ecosystems. The program focuses on providing smallholder farmers with the tools to track and improve the transparency and efficiency of food systems through the application of blockchain for traceability and AI for forecasting and risk management. Community Drone Corps for Last-Mile Resilience
Builds a rural workforce skilled in drone deployment for emergencies and development. Focused on local ownership, employment, and resilience. The program equips rural communities with drone technology and repair skills, ensuring that they can respond to natural disasters and perform development tasks such as mapping, medical deliveries, and surveillance. Enables multi-actor review and policy shaping on emerging tech. Strengthens accountability and participation in regulatory frameworks. This bootcamp prepares policymakers to address the ethical and regulatory challenges posed by emerging technologies such as AI, drones, and blockchain. The program facilitates dialogue between government, industry, and civil society to ensure that policies are not only effective but also equitable and responsive to diverse stakeholder needs. By focusing on real-world case studies, the program provides actionable insights for creating sustainable tech policies.

IoT & Smart Sensing for Sustainable Infrastructure
Helps local agencies build live monitoring systems with IoT for civic resilience. Open tech kits make innovation accessible and scalable. The program is designed to support municipalities and local governments in implementing smart infrastructure solutions using IoT. By focusing on environmental monitoring (e.g., air quality, water usage, waste management), the program equips local officials and engineers with the tools needed to build sustainable, data-driven infrastructures that improve urban living conditions and environmental sustainability.

AI Storytelling Lab for Tech for Good Campaigns
Democratizes media creation around tech for change. Empowers local storytellers to shape narratives around innovation and resilience. Resilience Accelerator for Women Climate Entrepreneurs
Supports early-stage women entrepreneurs creating resilient solutions. Integrates market access, mentorship, and funding pathways. Through tailored mentorship, product development, and investment readiness coaching, the program helps participants scale their ventures, providing them with the necessary tools, networks, and financial backing to create impactful solutions in their communities.

Village Tech Hubs: Train-the-Trainer Program
Builds local training capacity to set up sustainable tech learning hubs. Creates long-term community ownership and adaptation skills. This program trains local educators and leaders to become trainers in tech tools and methodologies that can be adapted to various sectors such as education, healthcare, and agriculture. Global South Systems Leadership Studio
Nurtures leadership for inclusive tech systems in the Global South. Uses peer learning and policy engagement to scale ethical innovations. The program fosters collaboration among global south countries to design, test, and scale tech-driven solutions for local challenges. Through systems thinking, the program aims to break down silos and create a community of leaders equipped with the knowledge and tools to engage in collaborative, cross-border initiatives that foster ethical tech solutions and policies.
